📦 Return & Replacement Policy – Bambang Pharmaceutical Depot Inc. (BPDI)

At BPDI, we strive to ensure that all our customers receive quality products in perfect condition. Due to the nature of pharmaceutical and medical items, we generally do not accept product returns, except under the following specific conditions:

✅ Acceptable Return Conditions:

  1. Wrong Product Delivered
    If the product delivered is different from what was ordered and paid for, we will accept the return and arrange for replacement.

  2. Damaged Items Upon Delivery
    If the product is physically damaged upon receipt, you must report it within 24 hours with clear photos or an unboxing video showing the issue.
    Damage claims without visual proof may not be honored.

  3. Expired Product Received
    If a product is found to be expired upon delivery, we will process a replacement or issue a store credit.
    Expiry must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the product.

❌ Returns Will Not Be Accepted For:

  • Change of mind or mistaken orders after the product has been delivered.

  • Opened, used, or tampered products unless covered by the above conditions.

  • Items without proof of purchase from BPDI.

📞 How to Request a Return or Replacement:

  1. Contact our Customer Service team via Facebook Messenger or your assigned CSR.

  2. Provide your order details and supporting documentation (photos, video, or delivery receipt).

  3. Wait for confirmation and return instructions. Approved returns must be sent to the same branch or address as indicated.

🕒 Processing Time:

Approved returns will be processed within 3–5 business days upon confirmation. Replacements or store credits will follow after validation.
